Welcome to Farm Trails, operated by Susil Farms (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (www.farmtrails.co.in), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
02 Products
Our products are freshly made-to-order baked goods with no added preservatives. Due to the nature of our products, they have a low shelf life and should be consumed within the specified time frame mentioned on each product page.
03 Orders and Payments

All orders must be placed through our website.
Payments are to be made at the time of order placement via the available payment methods.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
04 Shipping and Delivery
​
We currently deliver to Pan India through courier service.
Delivery dates may vary from 2 days to 1 week of despatch. Additional delays due to unforeseen circumstances cannot be avoided. We strive to deliver within the time frame specified at the time of order confirmation.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
All orders will be shipped as per the details given in the Despatch section of each product.
05 Shelf Life and Storage

Our products have a limited shelf life and should be stored as instructed on the packaging or the product page.
Farm Trails is not responsible for the quality of products that are not stored or consumed as recommended.
07 Allergy and Dietary Information

All ingredients are listed on the product pages. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these details for potential allergens.
We cannot guarantee that our products are free from cross-contamination with allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.
06 Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
08 Liability

Farm Trails will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to damages for loss of use, data, or profits.
